This Purchase Agreement Is Made Between Sancho’s Metal Buildings & Sheds and the Buyer. Buyer Agrees To Buy, And Sancho’s Metal Buildings & Sheds Agree To Sell, Pursuant To The Terms Listed In This Agreement, The Item Described Above.
Sancho’s Metal Buildings and Sheds has the rights to work and sell with different manufacturers to ensure you get the best deal and customer service provided along the process of your order.
Buyer Has Read And Understands The Terms Of This Agreement, Including The Terms And Conditions Contained On The Attached Documents And Agrees To Bound By The Same. Sancho’s Metal Buildings and Sheds obtains the rights to make proper adjustments to the order if improper prices error was made. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE due to being special ordered for the Buyer, unless and with proof that local laws are preventing the installation of the building, then the deposit will be refunded 50% of what was placed down for the deposit.
If a customer cancels an order the deposit remains NON-REFUNDABLE and will be CREDITED up to 1 year from the date of the deposit was paid and the credited amount will be towards the next purchase or once the customer is ready to complete the “canceled” order.
